CSA Terms and conditions

 

Farmigo Access:  Bloomsbury Farm uses Farmigo to assist in managing our CSA memberships.  Upon signing up, you will have the ability to manage your own membership.  You may change your method of payment and before the Fall CSA season starts you may make changes to pick up dates or locations.  After the season starts, please see below “Changes to CSA”

 Payments:  We use Farmigo to help financial interactions between customers of our CSA and our farm.  With it, Bloomsbury clients have online access to update credit card information and view their account.  Payments will be due with terms as specified upon sign up. 

 Should your credit card be subject to fraud and you get a new card, you will be responsible with updating card information in Farmigo or by contacting the office.  You will receive an email with any issues should they arrive.  If we do not obtain new information from you within 10 business days of the email going out, we will pause or hold your subscription until it is updated. 

 Cancellation/Refund Policy:  We are unable to provide any refunds.  We purchase supplies and inputs for produce specifically for CSA members and therefore incur the expense for each CSA member once they have registered for the season. 

 You may cancel your subscription at any time however, we will be unable to issue any refunds. 

 Changes to CSA:  If you need to change the location or are unable to make your pickup, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time, so we can try to make alternative arrangements.  Due to the number of Members in our CSA subscription, we will only allow 2 change requests (location changes, change date, etc.) for the Fall CSA season.  If you have changes or requests, please email info@bloomsburyfarms.com.

 At this time, we are unable to meet requests for changes or substitutions to CSA baskets. 

 If you come up on a need where you are unable to pick up, you are more than welcome to have a friend/family member pick up your CSA for you. 

 Missed Pickup?  We understand that things happen, and you may just forget your pick up.  You can make up your missed basket on Farm Friday by picking up at Bloomsbury between the hours of 2:30 – 6:30pm.  To arrange, please email info@bloomsburyfarms.com

 Baskets:  As Bloomsbury is trying to reduce the use of plastic, we are constantly working on creating a sustainable farm.  In doing so, we ask that you return the prior week’s basket when you are picking up your current basket, that way we are able to continually re-use the baskets and reduce waste.
