Wheatgrass contains beneficial enzymes that help protect us from carcinogens, that lessens the effects of radiation and digest toxins in the body. It cleanses the body from head to toe of any heavy metals, pollutants and other toxins that may be stored in the body’s tissues and organs. Wheatgrass is particularly high in chlorophyll — which is especially powerful in assisting the body to restore abnormalities and deliver more oxygen to the blood. Bloomsbury Farm is bringing these benefits to the Nashville community. We currently offer wheatgrass for wholesale or you can find these products at select retail locations.

Sprouts contain natural antioxidants that help protect us from the ongoing effects of aging.

SUNFLOWER — seeds are an excellent source of nutrition. They provide essential vitamins, minerals, healthy fats, essential fatty acids, dietary fiber, amino acids, and disease-fighting phytosterols.

CLOVER — sprouts contain the most dietary isoflavones of all the sprouts.  They have powerful anti–cancer properties.

RADISH — sprouts have such vitamins as A, B, C, E, and K, along with zinc, calcium and iron. Radish sprouts also have a mild peppery flavor, just like radish plants, and some people find this flavor enjoyable. Since other sprouts can be a bit bland or dull, radish sprouts can make a pleasant contrast with their brief hit of spice.

CRUNCHY — mix includes sprouts green peas, lentils, and adzuki beans. Get creative with them and add them to salads, use for hummus, bake them for extra crunch, or an easy snack right from the container. They have an enormous amount of protein and are super tasty. All sprouts can be enjoyed in salads sandwiches and omelets and adds a nice crunch and texture to any meal. Enjoy some today!
